Shipment Method

Leangle will use FedEx to ship our product to the customers for most of the times. Other shipment method can be chosen if under the customer's request.

Delivery Time

The delivery would be within 2-3 weeks for most of the times.

Freight charge

You can use the cart to estimate the freight charge.

MOQ

Leagle require a 1 sets FOB MOQ, but 1 SET FOR SAMPLE is acceptable.

Cancel an order

Your order can be canceled before it is shipped, the cancel process will acomplished within 24 business hours.

Leangle® accept a return within 15 days from shipping date for no reason, but we can't accept returns after 15 days from shipping date.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and the label still attached. If your items arrive in additional packaging, such as dust bags, this must also be returned. All items must be in resale condition.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer until the goods are accepted by our return department. Please make sure that all returns are packed in good condition to avoid any damage during transit. Any damage may result in the return being refused.

We usually offer 1 YEAR warranty after the delivery for one set hardware product.

The screens we use have a design life of 8-10 years.
We can also provide more warranty time if required.
