Leangle will use FedEx® to ship our product to the customers for most of the times. Other shipment method can be chosen if under the customer's request.

Leangle® accept a return within 30 days from shipping date for no reason, but we can't accept returns after 45 days from shipping date.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and the label still attached. If your items arrive in additional packaging, such as dust bags, this must also be returned. All items must be in resale condition.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer until the goods are returned by our return department. Please make sure that all returns are packed in good condition to avoid any damage during transit. Any damage may result in the return being refused.

Overall, the product is of good quality and the touch on the screen is of good quality. The corners of this device are handmade, with screws visible inside - so the seller needs to work on the product to make it suitable for customers with high expectations. I rate the contact with the company as good. Mrs. Joanna is helpful, so I can recommend the purchase.
