Refund policy

Terms and Conditions:

Leangle® accept a return within 15 days from shipping date for no reason, but we can't accept returns after 16 days from shipping date.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and the label still attached. If your items arrive in additional packaging, such as dust bags, this must also be returned. All items must be in resale condition.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer until the goods are returned by our return department. Please make sure that all returns are packed in good condition to avoid any damage during transit. Any damage may result in the return being refused.

What you need to do for a return:

1. Contact us to request a return authorization. You can contact us in this website, or email us.

If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping certificate.

If not, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.

2. Keep the good in good condition.

Leangle will process your request for refund or replacement within days of receipt (replacement is only for item itself, and do not include the original postage).

But if the item appears to have been worn, washed or damaged, there will be no refund or replacement.

3. Wait to have your result.

For refund customers, Leangle will send you an email confirmation for your records.

For exchange customers, contact Leangle to place your new order, your exchange will ship within 3-5 business days
